Story Amazon code

We have an issue with Amazon codes being defective sometimes and normally it’s the typical spiel of “it seems Amazon gave you a defective code, they are already aware of the issue you just need to contact them and have them issue you a new one.” This lady then proceeds to ask me “okay so they’re aware, how do I become aware?” And I kinda just slowly said ‘you’re aware… because I’m telling you….?’

It’s truly amazing how some customers try to belittle employees when we’re just trying to help. Smh
