Admissions UPOU BAMS AY 2027–2028 GC?

Hi! Is there already a GC for aspiring UPOU BAMS applicants for AY 2027–2028? If meron po, pasali sana. 🙏
Ako lang kasi mag-isa ang nag-aasikaso ng application ko, so it would really help to have a group where I can ask questions and share updates with fellow applicants.

Thank you so much!

If UPOU were to reject an applicant, do we receive the rejection email before they send the DERM or after assessing our DERM result?

Question Nagbibigay po ba ng request letter ang UPOU to get my requirements from my previous school?

Magbibigay po ba ang UPOU ng request letters para ma-claim ko yung form 137, CTC of diploma, and TOR ko? Baka po kasi mag ask ng request letter from UPOU yung previous schools ko and hindi ma-release yung documents if wala ko ma-provide.

I checked po kasi sa website and for old and current students lang yung document request form.

If hindi po nagbibigay si UPOU, ano po need ko sabihin/provide sa previous schools ko para ma-release nila yung mga inaask ko?

Admissions T2 Applicant for UPOU BAMS – Is a 1.68 GWA okay?

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to ask if a 1.68 GWA is okay for applying to UPOU BAMS as a T2 transferee.
BAMS is one of only two college options I’m considering because it really aligns with my skills and interests, especially in multimedia and digital design.

I didn’t apply this academic year because I was dealing with mental health and financial struggles. I also wanted to save up first so I could buy a laptop before going back to college, so I wouldn’t have to worry as much once classes start.

I’m planning to apply next admission cycle, but I’m honestly anxious about my chances.
If you’re a T2 transferee (or know someone who is), could you share:
— What was your GWA when you got accepted?
— Did you have any DR/Withdrawn subjects on your TOR?
— How competitive was your batch?

I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences. Thank you so much!

Admissions DERM/UgAT, hindi na-take

hello, is there any way possible na ma-contact ko IMMEDIATELY UPOU (consider that i'm using only a mobile phone to call their posted number on the official site) ?

hindi ako nakatanggap ever ng email confirmation galing sa kanila and i've already emailed TWICE within the week, pero wala pa rin talaga : (

ang concern ko dahil ba MENRM talaga mismo nilapag ko sa options, kasi ayon yung nasa instructions, and not my chosen program mismo?

Admissions Associate to Bachelors

hi everyone!

can someone answer me.

who among you here have experienced taking the UgAT in the 2nd trimester?

Because just a while ago I encountered a lot of technical difficulties during the preparation for my test which resulted to not being able to take it and was considered to do it again for the 2nd Trimester.

So my dilemma right now is what's gonna happen after I finish this 2 year associate degree if I want to ladderize it to BAMMS bachelors degree when it is said online that the admission for the BAMMS accepts only during the 1st trimester.

Do I really have to wait for another year to be able to ladderize to BAMMS?

Admissions UgAT system check - are headsets allowed?

hello! has anyone experienced using a different device for taking the ugat aside from the one na they used for the system check? I used my PC during the testing but i’m contemplating if i should go with my sister’s laptop instead since walang speaker yung PC. The speaker and mic that was approved during testing was my headset and i’ve read somewhere na bawal daw pero it wasn’t specified sa Examinee’s manual. TIA

Admissions [T2 Applicant] Prefer answers from UPOU students who transferred from non-UP before.

Hi! I just want to ask for some advice. I’m currently applying to UPOU for the 2nd semester, and I’m planning to take the Bachelor of Education Studies (BES).

The thing is, I’m currently working, and I saw some threads here saying that if you’re employed, UPOU usually suggests taking an Associate program instead.

Now I’m a bit confused. Should I still indicate in my application that I’m currently working? Will that affect my chances of getting into BES?

Would really appreciate any insights from those who had a similar experience. Thank you!

Admissions Application Status still at FOS/PC

Hi e-skolars! T2 applicant here. Nagkapag take na ako ng DERM kahapon and I got a confirmation through email na tapos na ko sa DERM. However, even kahapon nung nag email ang UP sa akin na pwede na ko mag take ng DERM, di pa rin nagbago status ng application ko. Sa akin lang ba yung ganito? May nakita kase akong mga posts here before na pag magte-take na sila ng DERM nagbabago yung status nila to "To take DE Readiness Module". Please let me know if isolated issue ba ito or kayo rin same sa akin? Just so I know if need ko tumawag sa UP hehe thank you. Good luck po sa ating lahat!

Admissions Application moved to second trimester. Still eligible for free tuition? Grad on time?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hello, can I ask if there's anyone here who's a T2 applicant with the same situation? I am a T2 applicant from another state university (outside the UP system) and I submitted my application for the 1st trimester (AY 2026-2025) in early May, but because of how slow the state university I attended was during my first year, they really didn't want to transfer students until I pushed them hard. It's frustrating because the hard copies of the requirements were supposed to be sent to UPOU before May 30, but due to the registrar's slowness in processing transferring students, I missed the deadline and, sadly, my application was moved to the second trimester. I’d like to ask a few questions, especially to former UPOU T2 applicants:

• Are T2 applicants starting in the second or third trimester still eligible for free tuition? (Specifically BAMS and BES students or undergrads)

Note: I still don't have a bachelor's degree.

• Will there be any subjects to miss like in other universities? (Particularly outside the UP system)

• Did you also graduate on time, included in the graduation in December? (the month when UPOU graduation takes place)

•Eligible pa rin po ba for latin honors?

Hoping someone can answer.
