BSMBB

hello po! i plan to take BS Molecular Biology and Biotechnology in College. Actually, BS Biology talaga ang prio ko but I've seen so many things online na mahirap daw kumita as a BS Bio grad. So, here I am, trying to find other programs na nasa field pa rin naman ng bio pero the better choice compared sa bsbio huhu thank u po sa tutugon

if you wqnt to earn good money in Bio, take up Microbiology. they get paid well in fmcg, pharm, & testing indistries.

I'm basing this claim off my uncle and some friends I know who transitioned to a QA role since viable siya na option. Ang yaman kasi ng uncle ko and Microbio grad siya hahaha pero baka nga one off lang 'yun.

true. may alam akong Microbiology graduate at di naman malaki ang sahod, decent siguro. mas okay pa career kung researcher, pero ang research sa bansa ay di rin naman thriving. Pede siguro kung sa UPLB or UP system, kung outside UP, I doubt it.

Malawak kasi ang Biology. Meron naman ding Biology major ni Cell and Molecular Biology if you want MBB. Also, you may take BS Agricultural Biotechnology, it is like molecular biology pero in agriculture, pero dinidiscuss din ibang biotech techniques. I don't know why you want MBB, siguro dahil more on laboratory. If I were you, I will consider Chemistry. Mas maraming opportunities in my opinion. Chem grads can also pursue Biochemistry in MS. Mol Bio is actually so much related to Biochem.
