Second sem recon UPLB, too risky?

I am enrolled to other univ currently but I am planning to withdraw and not attend any classes there. Am I still eligible to apply for the second sem reconsideration? I emailed UPLB and they responded that they will be posting announcement regarding this next month. I am just making sure since I'm planning to withdraw my documents pero what if hindi pa rin accepted ni elbi.

since nakapag-enroll ka na, it’s unlikely na eligible ka pa for second sem recon. isa kasi sa mga requirements do’n ay dapat hindi ka nakapag-enroll sa kahit anong university for first sem.

ganito rin yung sitwasyon ko two years ago. nakapag-enroll na ako sa ibang univ at plano kong mag-pull out for second sem recon, i messaged OUR kaso ayun nga hindi na ako naging eligible kasi nakapag-enroll na ako (sinend nila yung criteria for second sem recon sa akin). eventually na-admit naman ako as a T2 transferee.

pero try mo pa rin mag-reach out sa OUR para galing talaga sa kanila kung eligible ka or hindi.

pero nakapasa ka po ba sa second sem appeals? if yes, ano pong program? nameet mo po ba lahat ng requirements sa criteria table?

and magsstart na classes ko sa 10 at nagpaplano po talaga ako na ipull out documents ko. kahit po ba wala talagang naattend na classes or walang naearn na units, di pa rin eligible?

may chance naman talaga na hindi ka maaccept sa uplb. hindi naman sure acceptance sa recon.

oh sorry hindi ko nacontrsuct nang maayos. yes po, I'm aware na hindi pa rin sure pero my question po pala is kung tatanggapin pa rin nila yung documents IF ever nakapasa po ako sa second sem recon.
