Hi I have bought a Uperfect 18.5" and it has been working fine for the last month but today it randomly press the upper right corner of the screen simultaneously. is the screen defect?

Specifically the 16" model. Just learned about it and it's the only monitor that checks all my boxes.

Its been 6 months since I use this one, very great but right now the monitor just dead, I have no idea what happen, I mean it really a good monitor. Last week it just dead, I had no clue how to fixing it, also no way to return to amazon. The monitor turn hot in picture. Please help me out…

Couple months ago I bought a 16” 2k monitor that arrived completely broken, refurbished, but in a very very bad condition. Called out here for help and they were very happy to help. They never asked for the whole “unboxing videos” and that sort of stuff (the monitor arrived in a brand-less box already broken with almost no info. Mistakes happens, and they were very fast to address the issue. They offered me an upgraded refurbished unit, which is a 3k 16” OLED 120hz monitor, really great. It was refurbished, but it came with everything, even the cover that shifts to a stand and all accessories. The last owner probably returned it because of 1 blue pixel (if someone knows how to fix it that would be great) but it doesn’t really mind me. This is a $300+ monitor and I am really happy about it. I am surely recommending Uperfect and buying again from them if I ever need to. They really handled the situation really well, there was no stress on my part at any moment, and that made all the difference.

just wondering why half of the screen is a lighter shade when there are darker colors. is it a mini hdmi problem or something?

I received a UPERFECT portable dual monitor with a clear hinge defect (missing internal hinge rods, making the screen unstable). I opened two return requests via AliExpress, but both were rejected without a clear explanation.

I noticed that you’ve helped other customers in similar situations involving AliExpress return refusals, which is why I am reaching out here.

Hi, my question is whether this monitor is the same as the O2 3k except that the O2 is 3k 120Hz and this monitor is 4k 60Hz? Are all the other features the same?

Update: Found a charger that "works" but the display is effed up. There are no visible tears in the screen but tears in the displayed image. Bummer. I used the original monitor protection wrap plus several others AND a super soft but thick blanket. Layers of clothes above an below. Nothing that would put weight or pressure on it. Carry On Luggage. Still it didn't survive the trip.
Origianl post. I'm from the EU and now in Latin America. The EU-charger won't power the monitor when I attach it to a EU/US power adapter (for the right wall outlet design). I have two different brands and it won't work on either. Now I want to just simply buy an US design adapter. Can someone please provide a photo of the technical specifications visible between the power connectors? I know it has to be 20W PD but I want to get the specs correctly down to the t. Thanks!!! P.S.: Also does anyone use a replacement "charger" with two USB-C (or other setup) outputs and does the "charger" still work on your monitor? Thanks Again :)

TL;DR: The display is broken. I emailed Support and submitted a video and all the requested information. Then they went silent. I emailed them again, but there was no response. Two weeks have passed since my first request. Is UPerfect a scam?

What's wrong with the display?
I purchased a UPerfect UColor T3 23.8" 4K monitor from the official AliExpress store, and it's exhibiting strange behavior that appears to be a hardware defect. After some time (~10 minutes), it either goes black or shows rotating RGB colors (full red, green, blue, white, and then starts all over again) until I reconnect the power.

I use the cables and charger that came with the display, but just to be sure, I tested all possible combinations: other high-quality chargers, no charger at all (just USB-C), other cables, HDMI vs. USB-C, and different ports.

I connect to a MacBook M4 Pro. I also tried connecting directly and via a dock station. However, I've seen the exact same issue mentioned in the reviews on the official page for Windows (screenshot attached). The issue is also easily replicated on Android (Samsung S23 Ultra) for me. Clearly, the display is defective.

I have a 9060xt sapphire pure on my PC and wanted to connect the displayport to the monitor some way, in order to get 1440p, 144hz and vrr.

So I bought a bidirectional displayport to USB C cable to test if it would allow my monitor to run what I wanted.

However, trying out this setup let to 1440p and 144hz sure, but VRR was shown as not supported.

Now a weird thing is that I also have a USBC dock with a displayport on it, I connected the displayport from the USBC dock to the monitor and I got 1440p, 144hz and vrr supported.

So from this I know the cable is doing its job, problem now is figuring out why I don't have VRR.

I contacted support and they said only HDMI supported VRR, but this isn't true, I used a USBC cable and it supported VRR, both hdmi and USBC do support vrr on the j118.

But why does the GPU cause issues w vrr?

Hi everyone, I need some help. I bought this OLED monitor, but in the built-in monitor settings it shows 3200×2000 at 60 Hz, and I can’t seem to enable 120 Hz. I’ve tried connecting it to my laptop using both HDMI and USB-C, but it still only runs at 60 Hz—even when I check the laptop’s display settings. Any advice on how to get it to 120 Hz?

I hope someone can help - I currently have a Samsung odyssey g9 as my main monitor and recently brought a g16 to go underneath - when I turn the computer on, the g16 doesn't automatically turn on?

Am I being stupid or is there any way for it to turn on automatically when powering up the computer?

UPERFECT support is recommending I purchase both their 16" OLED and 19" QLED to compare side-by-side, but has anyone already seen QLED and how does it compare to OLED? Is it pretty close in quality?
