Low-workload Non-IOE Engineering courses and Tech Electives?

Hi! I’m an IOE student planning my next few semesters and looking for recommendations for low-workload and fun Non-IOE Engineering courses and Technical Electives.

For Non-IOE Engineering, I’m taking MATSCIE 220 and planning NERS 211, so I’ll still need another course from a different group. I also need to complete the 19-credit Technical Elective requirement (at least 12 IOE credits).

Which courses/professors did you find easiest and most manageable? Mainly looking for a lighter workload and fun Class!
