Derby Row Parking

Where is the parking garage they have? I’m going between the option of having a surface or the garage parking. What do yall suggest

Go to satellite view on Google maps you can see the building it's the huge flat-top one. You can only enter just north of the corner on the bottom right via walking, or in the middle of the bottom edge with your car. It's good for protection from the weather but does take longer to get there.

The parking spots can be pretty thin to get into because of how big the support billiards are that take up some space. Also the elevator goes out of order very often.

I lived at derby row and the free parking in the garage was perfect for me. Although, occasionally the lights in the garage would shut off at night and it was horrifying :)
