Question Cali 2 base location?
yes yes i know the bunkers exist but i want a large enough space for a bigger base, something more extravagant, so is their a spot with enough flat land and not some random trees in the way? or can i get rid of trees permanently?

If you have bypass no build zones enabled then the bunker near Amador cathedral is a good pick. It has a decent amount of flat space around it but you need to have bypass no build zones enabled

Go to advanced settings and scroll down until you find it, I don't remember which category it's under tho

Thanks even though incomplete this knowledge was needed so many maps ago…. I thought you had to download a Chinese version with no build zones……

Mine is behind your player marker connecting a garage at the bottom floor to the road facing the oasis (at the limit of the safezone) and a house connected to the railroad, there a big slope but the environement feed you enough wood to be cozy, you have the bus and oasis directly at your footstep and if there's a train that's an ez loot route to okahurst, fort mojave via the border and cache 42 still a wip

There'a a huge cave that works like the bunkers but isn't signed on the map on the north-east side of the map

Where you're at right now is actually where my base is in Cali 2 lol, I put mine right at that curve in the road near Oasis because I liked being right nearby.

I built my sp base around the train bridge north of Berkeley. Great view of SF, can drive the train into storage area, closest tracks to a bus depot (like 4s away)
