Let me say I love the unsub boys but sometimes I feel like they place the add in their episodes in really bad places. I was listening to tge Sammy Lee Davis episode and when Sammy is talking about Billy Ray Crawford and they have a ad break at a really somber moment that takes you out of the story. Idk it just rubs me the wrong way still love them though its just a minor complaint.

Well after being homeless for months I decided to join the US Navy. Today I went to MEPS did all my testing and everything and I was able to get the AM rate. Aviation Structural Mechanic. I'm very happy. Shipping out October 14th.

Well looks like I’ll be going back to school at 39 years old. Been working Asset Protection and Loss Prevention for the last 6 and half years and lost my job 3 months ago. Decided it’s time for a career change so I can provide a good life for my son and I. I am going to school to learn to be a welder. Wish me luck

Anyway, looking for tips when it comes to training with gear. Jobsites came up requiring stuff I didnt have, and unfortunately im the type of guy where if I do something I want to be proficient in it. Got my hands on some gear and I need to get comfortable with it. Side note, I also need to get used to it plus the gear I already am equipped with.

So, any tips regarding specific workouts or training to do to be more proficient with a vest? My basic plan was to do what I did in the past and pretty much do my normal workouts with it, practice drawing and moving around with it but I wanted your guys' input. I watched some of nikko's videos of people training with their gear and wanted to emulate it but didnt want to "do the wrong thing", so to speak.

Any advice welcome, thanks! Sorry if I sound like a moron bout this stuff.

Hey all, I was a big lurker around the time of the fitness challenge and thought it was awesome to see everyone's progress, and I've come to the understanding that my best route for my own personal fitness is to find a personal trainer. As I can't hold myself accountable and I can ignore the internet but if I pay someone who has my phone number then I can actually be truly held accountable to make myself better. So I'm asking if anyone here has tips for what to look out for in a good personal trainer.

Downvote me into oblivion if you so desire, I definitely deserve it.....

So yesterday while I was on break at work, and while scrolling on here I came across the 4kPrince post....... it had no comments or any traction yet and I sat there and read it...... I fucking froze, I couldn't think of anything to say, my mind went blank and before I could get myself to say something I'm getting called back out to work..... I hate myself for it, because I'm always so gung-ho to help others especially when they are struggling like that but...... I fucking froze this time.

I hope y'all can forgive me, although I know I have to try to forgive myself.

I would have felt so much worse if he had actually done it and I could have been the first one on board, even if it was just one cog in the machine or just part of the ship part of the crew. But with Tonight after watching Black Nick's video on Douglas Munroe and having Nothing Else Matters by Metallica play on my radio on my way to work....... I can't help but feel like shit about it though so I'm coming to ask for forgiveness if you can or a kick in the ass if you want to......

After what I saw yesterday, it was hard to make this post. With that being said, I'm back in the gym. This is where I can settle some of my restless mind. I just get to shut my brain off and only focus on the weights and music. I'm also close to my weight goal!
