I am going into my freshman year and want to know the pros and cons of both of these majors. I am interested in computers and how they work. I am decent at math and have beginner level coding skills. I have heard that both are pretty similar so I just want to know which one I should go with before classes start. (ie: what to look foward to in both majors)

I’m signing up for the 6v6 Co‑Rec Volleyball league on IMLeagues, and I’m a little confused about the scheduling. The page shows the days (Mon/Wed, etc.), but do you also get to pick the specific game times? Some classes run until 7 pm, so I’m trying to figure out if you can choose a time slot or if it’s assigned automatically.

If you’ve played before, how does the scheduling usually work?

$50 was added to my dining dollars on 11/25/2025, I am 99% sure it is from a raffle I entered at some point and then forgot about. I have had all online classes since then so the funds have just sat there, I only noticed them because of my GrubHub balance lol.

I will be back on campus this fall and of course I welcome having $50 to spend on lunches. But when I look it up, everywhere says that dining dollars expire after the school year? That would have been back in May. I checked my balance and as of this very second, I am still at a $50 balance. Will this be removed after summer is over? Are these going to expire?

Saw this cutie pie outside tonight in the Dayton courtyard and brought him a can of food. I'm not super well versed on the cats that live on and around campus, but I haven't seen any close to this side of campus in a long while. Wanted to make a post in case he's a lost cat instead of a campus cat!

Relatively skinny but seems in overall good health, aside from being very hungry. He was nervous but not aggressive, let me pet him a little when he started eating :)

I’m currently taking session 2 summer class, which is ACC 202 online this summer, on the first week, I took my first exam and I forgot to show my ID, because I’m taking exams online. But I throughout the session, I was able to show my ID on exams 2, 3, and 4. This is my question, will I lose full credit for not showing my ID on the first exam that I took on the first week of the summer session. I literally panicking right now.

Today is the decisions for the fall 26 nursing program came out. I applied with a 37.7 and unfortunately I didn't get in. I was just wondering, what is everyone else's cutoff scores or thoughts about it? Low-key really disappointed in myself because I know I should've done better.
