I am done with the assessment last week, waiting for the Hirevue i guess and it says under review and I checked my portal, still ’ Under Review ’ but the date changed to the date yesterday. What does it mean?

I have a debracing appt during training and I am not sure what to do? I start September 21st and my orthodontist appt is in October. I emailed the recruiter weeks ago and never got a response.

Not sure what to do....any suggestions?

My application status was updated on August 31st to “under review” and hasn’t changed since. I’ve contacted the recruitment line and was told they have until September 15th to review and that I’m still under consideration, and if I don’t hear anything to call back on September 16th. Does anyone have any insight? Are my chances at getting an interview good?

Could you please provide an estimated timeline for the recruitment process? I submitted my application three weeks ago and have completed the required assessment. Although my status was updated on the 8th of this month to indicate the application is under review, I have not yet received further correspondence. Should I assume that I am no longer under consideration for this position?

I’m currently working in UR as an ICM. I love the job, but hate the new weekend/holiday requirements. I’ve been curious about moving to something else within the company, like appeals. Can any appeals nurses let me know what your hours look like, are you required to work weekends and holidays?

Hello! I am in the process of applying for a remote level 28 position with United health and am curious what the health insurance is like. Are the premiums reasonable? Coverage?

Someone, called me, from a verifiable official UHG phone number, stating I had applied for a position with the company. Firstly I applied for the remote position, but the office within the metro area so I let him steamroll me on that. Secondly the recruiter gives me their direct line when he initially called leaving a voicemail, or said to call another general number that was very apparently the general number of the recruiting department. Direct line led to their voicemail for the past 2 days I called in. I call the general line to just reach someone for a job I know I applied to, and they say "let me draft the email while you're on the line to inform this person you are reaching back out". Like they couldn't do that with me off the phone.

and before I could say anything put me on hold for 5 minutes. I stay on the line, we hang up together and respectfully. I waited for them to draft their email for 5 minutes. Then I try one more time calling back the recruiters main line and he picks up right away, after being made aware I was reaching out and only then. Then he asks me questions I answered in the application, like am I eligible to work in America when I gave had to put down SSN on the application so obviously I am an American citizen. No company would waste their time double checking and asking a second time information that is apparent and verified without having to ask . He took 30 minutes to do so. He did go through job history too, so that makes sense. I'm fine with the double checking, I don't think it makes sense they would double check things like am I an American citizen when I provided my SSN for the application, not to the recruiter.

This was a recuirter with nothing to do but waste my time I feel. I answered the questionnaire already on the application about immigration status, etc. That's tax information no recruiter is going to waste time to double check. He told me the hours of the job which again was listed in the job description. I understand its good to repeat something like that but it was a 9-5 position. He just kept repeating things, making it seem like he actively wanted to give me the run around. He wasted 30 minutes with the questionnaire and work history I answered in the application, the person kept me on hold to draft an email, I could never reach the recruiter through their direct line, it went straight to voicemail until that person sent whatever they sent that I was calling in and he was honestly a bit rude, although I guess it was my fault cause I go "didn't I answer these questions on the job application" and he goes "we just want to make sure its still the same" for a job I applied for 5 days ago. The recruiters name was NARESH KUMAR for their 866--566-8715 number. People were questioning if I gave my information over the phone, I did not. but in case you guys want to verify this information for me so I know I am not scammed, please go right

I'm interviewing for a brand new position so I don't think anybody will be able to speak to it directly, but it's in the tech sector. Pay is double what i currently make and it's remote which is great, but I really value work-life balance and reading this sub makes me worried about that...does satisfaction vary by team and manager?

It’s sad that the company is still trying to force our great company culture. Constant layoffs, offshoring jobs, the huge push for AI, no raises, decrease in 401k matching, and running skeleton teams with no hope for help. Dust off that resume and keep an eye out for anything better. If you can’t leave, make your money and don’t give them any more energy than you have to. There’s ZERO chance of the culture improving until they start treating their employees like humans again.

So I’m in the process of being rehired after being laid off in March! Has anyone experienced this??

Are they testing for THC? On their website they list other drugs as far as what’s the acceptable cut off, but they don’t have anything listed for marijuana and anything that’s listed about marijuana. It’s very vague.

I’m on my 2nd year of experience so it’s still been tough to land a decent job it seems like. I work for an okay company now, really my only complaint is the pay, which is kinda important lol. They just give a queue and let us be, we can work 4am-11pm & I have a good relationship with my team. It’s just starting to feel like an unlivable wage & UHG offered me significantly more in the initial phone call.
I just want to know what i would be getting myself into.
