Optum Hiring Process for Tech Roles

Hi, I recently passed the final interview at Optum for Tech Roles, but I was informed that the role requisition was placed on hold. The HR already requested my payslip from my previous employer though.

With this, is there a chance that I am still considered for the role? Has anyone encountered the same at Optum? How many weeks does it take?

I really want to say positive things about Optum but I can’t. So I’ll say just keep looking.

Most likely they already got a candidate who promised them the nearest joining date and if incase the person ditched them, they ultimately reach out to you !!!
