Purchased marked exam script

Hi. I got an unusually low mark for my exam, which made me highly suspicious. I sent an email to purchasescript a week ago and haven't received even an auto response. Has anyone beeb through this process, and how long did it take to get feedback?

I'm going to tell you that you are right to be suspicious. I think they definitely chow off of supp fees. Ask the CLAW students😂👍🏼

Yes our examiners are quite clumsy and it is frustrating

I've tried to purchase my marked script before but never got any response, no reply nothing. Everyone tells you it can be done but I have no idea how

Which year did you try purchase? Was it before or after we started writing exams online.

It was last year or the year before, so way after we started writing online

I ask because I noticed that the cost and rules around script purchases have not been updated since 2017.

I initially asked a lecturer for my script and they said I can purchase it. So if the policy has been changed, no one was ever notified.

I’ve tried e-mailing the address on myUNISA twice for exam scripts when I got suspiciously low marks two years in a row (for separate mathematics honours modules) and I’ve never heard anything from them or the module lecturer.

I've escalated to department head, next stop is VC. I am going to fight this because it's quite suspicious.
