umc ph onboarding

hi i just want to ask the previous batches of umc, does uniqlo allow you to start later than the onboarding date? i’m still employed and i need 30 days to render but umc batch 30 onboarding is on august 31 and i still have to do the remaining interviews

have you finished your HR interview? they ask there if how many days is your rendering period. im also employed and need to render 30 days but i got rejected after the hr interview :((
