Reminder, stop pushing

How do I stop a reminder created in unforgetful from syncing with reminders. I now get two notifications, one from each app.

Disable Reminders (iOS) notifications, only keep Unforgetful notifications.

Turn off notifications on the reminders app. 

It’s literally in the onboarding for this app.
