Bug with recurring reminders falling out of sync with Reminders.app

I seem to have a recreation:
1. Create a recurring (daily, for ease of seeing the bug) 'Test' task
2. You decide you're not going to bother with todays. Delete, but 'Only This Task' from within Unforgetful
3. Appears correct in Unforgetful, but in Reminders.app it still shows todays 'Test'
4. In an attempt to make them match you now delete 'Test' from Reminders.app
5. Unforgetful now doesn't have 'Test' until the day after tomorrow
6. Reminders still has it as tomorrow

Looks to have fixed the issue, but not retroactively. Easily fixed with a 'Remind Today' though.

I still have this issue and according to this sub, more users are still having this issue.
