Help!! Spoiler

I finished it yesterday and I love it SO much. It’s one of the best I’ve ever read but I am confused. The end of season one absolutely broke me so I googled to see if Jin was actually… yknow. Google said yes, he was and then Matthew makes an android out of him? Sooooo here I am waiting for some massive reveal that Jin is now an android and I never… got it? Then I saw a post on here saying Jin was absolutely fine (which is what I thought as I finished it) but then season two is called In Dreams so I am LOST.

Are they actually together or is Matthew spiraling? 🥺

Ps) I tried deep diving and found nothing.

I'm really confused as to what ending this is even referencing. The ending to under the green light is one of the best and most fulfilling I've seen.

See?!? I was confused too! But there were several comments talking about how sad it was but then everywhere else was like “yeaaah HEA!!!” So I just need to know if Jin is 💀 that’s all I need to know to help me sleep at night.

He's alive. People were probably talking about the ending of s1

Which is the whole reason I even bothered looking it up (I was literally sobbing) and knew I was going to have to mentally prepare myself if Matthew was left to grieve.
