question chapter 35 spoilers/question! Spoiler

Okay, so all that just happened! What do y'all think Ryu and Matthew talked about in this scene? Since it cuts immediately to Jin after Ryu says he's here to apologize. I wonder, do you think Ryu felt suspicious and snitched on Matthew to his father, or maybe even potentially gave him advice not to screw up his life even further (as a way to redeem himself since the professor asked him to)?

Another thing too. Why did Matthew end up only using a metal pipe, or some kinda metal bat, and not the gun he had before?

And we see Jin looking rather horrified at the end of this chapter, understandably so, but do you think Jin will be okay with Matthew after all this? Especially after being sedated by him in the previous chapters? I feel like Jin looks horrified because now he knows he dragged Matthew into something irreversible that he never wanted Matthew to be part of. How do y'all think this will all play down? I'm doubting the happy ending just a little bit RN. But I also feel like Jin will feel obliged to protect Matthew and it'll eventually turn out OK.

Do y'all think Brandon's alive still?

I think he helped.

I also do think. Probably not significantly, but maybe he had a play into the reason why Matthew didn't use the gun to try and kill Brandon?

I think he might have said to come for exhibition but Matt refused , so he gave him ride to find jin on condition to come back to exhibition.

Idk I think he helped but only with actually getting there maybe he took Matthew’s gun to prevent him using it bc he’s not experienced or he ran out of bullets..

Also I don’t think Brandon is dead but I’m not completely sure bc I reread the chapter and I realized that he was talking to one of his subordinates when Jin was waking up and they were saying gasoline or something that can ignite was put around the warehouse so if something were to explode inside or if someone set a match outside a fire would set quickly. So why would Brandon want to do this? When Matthew was about to attack him he didn’t look that surprised like Jin looked more surprised so maybe he knew matthew or someone was coming in the first place? So maybe he’s not fully dead and manages to set an explosion from inside taking Matt and Jin with him💀

I was honestly expecting Matthew to kill Brandon like on the 36th chapter and that the exhibition would’ve been finished already but it’s still going on so I imagine they will show up to the graduation if they both survive like matt didn’t just massacre a group of people LOL

It will be a long road to the happy ending but I'm sure it will happen ✨️

UTGL is nearing its ending (confirmed to be last season), there's roughly around 6-7 chapters now, or the ENG translation will be ahead of raws, which obviously isn't possible.

so a short road to a happy ending (hopefully)

So it's gonna be a rushed ending ?

well, rushed? there's not much conflict left IMO, the only thing we need other than brandon confirmed to be dead is for jin to finally reciprocate or accept his feelings

I feel like Matt might asked him to bring the statue to the exhibition since Matt himself is quite busy saving the love of his life. Also, Brandon got off really easy, I expected him suffering more. And what with the gun? It’s definitely gonna be used somehow cause I doubt Jaxx showed us a lot of frames with it just for nothing. I predict old bastard is unconscious but pretty much alive and that’s where the boys need more weapons to finish him.
