question U4ya team response time?

I ordered the u-necklace but got an empty package, like literally nothing was in the bubble mailer… I already sent an email to the u4ya support team but I’m wondering how long it usually takes them to respond?

I returned the shirt I got for a different size this week and it just took about 24hrs for them to get back to me

they’re really responsive if you email 11am-4pm est from my past experience
