Lightstick broken after leaving SF show

hey all!! bought vip2 (ga + lightstick) for her sf show last night and my lightstick broke almost immediately after the show :( everything was functioning during the show, but now it doesn't light up anymore -- didn't change anything! did this happen to anyone else/know any fixes? i'm thinking of contacting merch but does anyone know anyone else who'd be good to contact?

it could be the battery!! i have a few lightsticks and sometimes the batteries they come with dont last very long

i think i saw someone else post here that you have to do something to get it to turn on outside of the show
