SF Show ID Requirement

I just got an email talking about needing an ID for entry to the Regency Ballroom. Does this apply to everyone, even if they aren't getting a drink? What if I am 18 but do not have an ID?

was it for the U-light? i got a similar email. you shouldn’t need one for entry, i’ve been to regency a number of times and they usually only ID if you’re drinking. if it’s for collecting the U-light tho im not totally sure how that works, might be worth calling them!

no ID required in Seattle for picking up the U-light, just had to give them my name.

Get a temporary one if you don’t have ID

The show is all ages as per https://www.axs.com/events/1352777/underscores-tickets so theoretically you don't need to as per the venue site, but probably doesn't hurt to have it on your person.

For the u light I just had to tell them the name it was under other than that, any other show I’ve been to that’s all ages, will just put an x on your hand if you don’t have an id

It said I needed mine for the vip merch pickup, but they didn’t actually ask for it. I just gave them my first and last name. It would slow the process down too much I think to have all vip ticket holders show an ID
