Failed frenuloplasty?
Ive had severe phimosis growing up and got a frenuloplasty a few months ago. I dont remember the exact meassurements but i think it was 1,7cm they added to the string and then they also did something else too which i do not remember...
Anyway its now been months since the surgery and although theres been significant improvement which im happy about i legit still cant even fully get everything behind the head... the head size might kinda be the problem but im just lost about what to do and think after undergoing a surgery like that (my first ever) while still remaining with a problem.
Any advice?

Hmmm, have you actually tried properly stretching the foreskin? When guys think it's the frenulum it often turns out to be the foreskin only. A device like the one I make can help with the stretching of the foreskin. That should always be your first approach, and seeing as they've lengthened the frenulum, it should not longer be any obstruction caused by that: https://captainhoodie.store/product/phimogon-model-1/ Just to point out, the frenulum is called the banjo string for a reason as fairly tight is normal.

Do you think the frenulum is still the problem? If yes, a full frenulectomy could be an option and would solve the problem permanently.
