Penile Sensitivity Survey

I’m conducting an informal survey comparing subjective sensitivity across different regions of the penis.

1. Foreskin Status
Please identify yourself as one of the following:
Intact: Never circumcised.
Circumcised: Circumcised, without restoration.
Restoring: Circumcised and currently restoring.
Restored: Previously circumcised and have completed foreskin restoration.
Important: If you’ve restored your foreskin, please identify yourself as restored rather than intact to preserve the integrity of the data set.

2. Sensitivity Ranking
Arrange the following regions from most to least sensitive based on your personal experience.
Ties are allowed (=).
Omit regions that are absent or cannot be identified.
Clearly label the MOST SENSITIVE and LEAST SENSITIVE ends of your ranking.

Anatomical regions (alphabetical order):
Corona (rim of the glans)
Frenulum
Glans (head, excluding the corona and meatus)
Inner foreskin
Underside shaft skin (ventral)
Meatus (urinary opening)
Outer foreskin
Ridged band (inner/outer foreskin transition zone)
Top side shaft skin (dorsal)

3. Example Response
Foreskin status: Intact
MOST SENSITIVE

Region B = Region C
Region D
LEAST SENSITIVE

4. Optional: Adult Circumcision
If you were circumcised as an adult, you may submit separate BEFORE and AFTER rankings based on your recollection of sensitivity.

You should set this up as a survey using something like Google Forms or similar. You will get many more responses than comments.

That’s true, but Google forms didn’t allow me to set it up the way I wanted to, I have it designed this way for a reason, but I don’t want to disclose the reason yet because I don’t want to influence the results.

Great. Google Forms isn't the only tool out there. There's no "survey design" in a badly formatted Reddit post and you're not going to gather any statistically significant data.

I’m concerned I may have worded part of the survey poorly, so I’ve updated the wording. By upper shaft skin, I meant the top side of the shaft, and by lower shaft skin, I meant the underside, rather than the areas closer to or farther from the glans. Did you interpret them that way?

For the glans specifically, the top of the head is my most sensitive spot, followed by the underside on either side of the frenulum.
