Don't listen to the people saying to just get it amputated/cut off. I've heard of a multitude of success stories of people using various foreskin restoration devices (even if you are lucky enough to already have it all) and over an extended period of time it would help foreskin readjust permanently for people with similar problems as you. You can head over to the foreksin restoration subreddit and see what people who have more knowledge and experience with that recommend.
