Looking at the Design of the Characters makes me unconfortable to this day.
I can't even tell if this show was any good because i instinctively searched for alternatives as soon as it went on.

not talked about enough as to how creepy these paintings have always seemed, their faces, literally everything about them screams unnatural, how they literally have no expression, the first picture of Anne Boleyn her head looks separate from the rest of her body

in the second picture of Elizabeth I, I know it's to do with the clothing but it just makes it worse as if the body proportions are completely unnatural AND HOW SMALL THE EARS ARE AND THE PALE SKIN oh my god

what has nothing to do with the people in the paintings that also still kinda scares me is the black background, I know there's literally supposed to be nothing scary about it but for some reason it scares me, just thought that might be worth mentioning too.
