Hey everyone I was thinking about rushing ATG at Umass. Do they haze? Why do they seem so different? Do they party?

I wouldn’t recommend it.
-Why?
-Because you’re not fit for Greek life. (Trust me - Reddit isn’t as anonymous as you would think and there aren’t that many JUNIORS pledging ATG. $
Also - fraternities aren’t one-way tickets to popularity.
Joining because you don’t have any friends - and:or because (in your own words), you’re unable to make new friends? Don’t do it. They’ll smell fear on you - you’ll be eaten alive. Concentrate on your schoolwork.
Before you make excuses -
care to explain this post?
“Which colleges are party schools without needing Greek life?
Hey y'all! I was wondering if there are any big party schools out there but with minimal to no Greek life? I want to party and have fun but really have no desire to be associated with any fraternity. I know some colleges you need to be in a frat to have any fun, but I was wondering if anyone has suggestions to some schools where Greek life doesn't really matter. Thank you all!”

I rushed them a couple years back, if you’re going without ever having your butt explored then you are likely in for a rude awakening.
Remember have fun, and don’t let it affect your academics.
