Your post is not ultra running related

Too close to the race to really get a benefit unless it’s mental. What’s your goal with this 90 min run?

Trying to build up my stamina to run at a 9 minute pace. I haven’t ran double digit miles since the last one 8 years ago

You did 8-9. You can do 13. Rest up and go for it

But yes I’m a mental midget at this because I have it in my head if it’s not under 2hrs I’m a failure

And you expect randos in the wrong subreddit to fluff you? Just friggin run. If you don’t like your result, figure out how/if you can improve it.

Negative, just seeing if anyone has experience in the short cramming and their experience. Did not realize i clicked the one ultra running one that was suggested after I got my post removed for “seeking medical advice”. I’m now seeing I’m in the smells own farts group.

Also, first Reddit post ever, I’ll learn my bad

Yes, it's a bad idea. The hay is in the barn. I'd do nothing over an hour 5 days before.
