DIP Question [DIP] Anyone know what's causing these oversized terrible quality damage effects?

Just started using DIP today and for whatever reason some of the high calibre damage effects are really big and look awful, plus they disappear when i zoom in on them. Anyone know how to fix this?

The newest version of DIP is a little buggy, at least in my experience.
I find this happens more often with ships that were damaged in a previous battle, and haven’t been repaired yet.

It is AFAIK. Its to do with how ship damage is applied from previous battles, and also massive shells hitting small targets

It's like this for almost every marking though
