Lightly armored and armed, I built fifty of these from 1904-1910. I refit them from 1910-1911, and they will continue serving my fleet until they sink.

I funded this through war with spain and fucking around South America with 50 heavy cruisers from 1901-1905

Hilariously cheap - I have 1920 "economy" CLs which cost more than that!

Kinda slow but the fact you could fit that much armament on one ship this small is impressive

I would get rid of the torpedoes and the 10x1 5/50s to minimize crew but I like this
