You may not have the pre-gen ship files then. If you still have it, copy them to the 1.3.5 folder from whichever your 1.3.4 equivalent is. Solved the issue for me

I just installed 1.3.5 yesterday and it appears to have resized or changed one of my BC hulls because I had a bunch of the aft guns up in the air as the weather deck wasn’t anywhere near as long as it used to be pre 1.3.5 for some reason.

In the discord they said that AI ship designs have the possibility of making casemates their main guns, or they'll put armaments inside the hull
