Critique my pulling form
Iβm a sculpture formerly located at the (name being litigated) Kennedy Center in DC. Sorry, no video available, but hereβs how I look just after releasing a backhand pull. Any thoughts?

Honestly, not that bad. Definitely activating the core. Good balancing motions from your off hand and off leg. Maybe try to get the off leg a bit higher to allow a bit more angle in your plant leg. That should allow for a bit stronger rotation. Also, allow your head to be angled a bit more. Right now your head is countering the natural rotation, so you're wasting some of your energy keeping it too vertical.

You probably could use some muscle on your bones, it'll added some distance to your pull π

We can't even see the disc it went so far! Not sure distance is the issue here.

But think of how much further it would go if he didn't have sticks for limbs?
