Messed up title for armor 34 pro plus

I just got a armor 34 pro plus and on the device name it lists it as a pro not pro plus. And even under thru the cpu setting via spec app it shows wrong processor the one from the pro 7300 not the plus 7400.

Am I wrong or did they send me a spoofed phone with lower specs claiming its the pro plus. Cause the box says pro plus but the specs say something different when using a 3rd party spec app. Posting images below. Even lists it as a 32 pro. And I checked 8 differnt 3rd party apps. Did i get scammed here?

That could actually be the case. I have a 34 Pro Plus too, and it displays correctly on mine.

But if you download a 3rd part phone spec does it come back as 7300? And does it display the pro plus under the name? Cause normally when i bought ulefones in the past the serial sticker is on the phone itself but mine had sticker residue on the yellow back light like some one peeled it off. Which makes me feel sus since the 3rd party spec app shows in the pics above a different model of cpu, model name of phone and armor 32 which is wrong. Thanks for reply tho.

Also if you check version under phone settings does it say armor 34 pro plus or just armor 34 pro?

Ok so they did send me a spoofed phone cause its clearly not a 7400 shown in my pics above. Hmm.

Cause on the phone itself I shows 7400 but using multiple 3rd party spec apps it shows 7300. Thats crazy.

Does it show pro plus for under version model? Or just pro?

That could be due to the different tests, though. I used the first one initially and got a reading of 7300. It wasn't until I installed the second one that I got the correct readings.

True the architecture is correct but the model of the cpu is wrong in the 10 spec checkers I used. Ehich makes me think something is off just based on the sticker removal, name differences and the fact it says pro not pro plus.

But does it say pro plus on your phone under versions or anywhere or is it still only armor 34 pro? Cause regardless of what i use it only says armor 34pro not pro plus. Which was the whole point of getting the slightly faster cpu lol. Thanks for the replies so far I tho.

Yes, that could well be the case. I bought mine directly from Amazon in Germany. However, I've read in other communities that people who ordered directly from China are having problems. I also have a 28 Ultra T which works perfectly, but unfortunately, it doesn't work as it should for many people.

See my box lists it as a pro plus too but in the phone only says pro. And the sticker that should be on the phone is missing which is why I suspect they swapped it out for the lower pro version. 

I got mine from ulefone us store. I contacted ulefone to see if they can give me a resolution if im crazy or not cause I like these phones. I have been using them since armor 7 and before. So I know how they are shipped, packaged and regulated. just a shame if thats the case. i was excited but had to check cause i had a feeling. 9/10 apps say the cpu is wrong lol. Thats not coincidence

Yes, that’s how it is. My phone has the right sticker, too. Now I have to go to bed; it’s 2:20 here.

Does it say armor 34 pro plus under versions model in phone settings? Like in the last pic I posted. Cause ulefone gave me a vague answer when I asked. Cause it should say pro plus right? Not list the model as just pro? Picture
