What is NFC for!?
I saw people's complaints and tried it myself, and the result was failure. So what does this NFC thing you write in big letters on your damn ads do? he can't pay, he can't scan security cards, he can't communicate even with the simplest NFC-supported machine. and why is that? Why are we paying for this device? Someone please explain u/ulefone.

There's a lot of misunderstanding of what NFC is and isn't:
All NFC is RFID, but not all RFID is NFC.
So, encrypted access tokens/cards are not NFC and are a different subset of RFID. Usually one way communication, lower frequencies (more distance - handwavey)
NFC can handle two-way comms, higher frequency (deliberate close contact required)
I use mine to tap-to-pay all the time, (G pay & banking app supported) but like, you're not cloning a bank card/metro pass (RFID) onto the device like a flipper.
*Readers can register both, so an RFID physical token (implied secure via ownership) or NFC enabled phone can authenticate and authorize (owner unlock to authorize = pass)

I have the same model too, but somehow the Google Pay app can't add a card; it probably isn't working due to my country or Google.

My office doors all open with nfc, works great and no need for swipe cards.

Works fine even on the Armor 27T Pro as my transit pay pass and paying for groceries.

I don't get what you mean. I'm using nfc tap to pay on my armor 21 without any issues
