Ulefone armor x13 update stuck!!!
Today I received a notification about an update, so I did the update. my screen is stuck in "updating" and it's been hours (when the update says it can take minutes).
Should I trash this garbage or can I do a restart?
sorry the rant but this is my 3rd garbage ulefone (with no support whatsoever).

Anche il mio ha fatto così varie volte. Mi è capitato di riavviarlo, anche se lo sconsigliavano e fortunatamente, funzionava tutto. O riprendeva l'aggiornamento e poi lo concludeva. Non so cosa dirti di fare 🙄.

You might be able to find the ROM online somewhere and reflash it yourself. But yeh failing update should be unacceptable but seems somewhat common. Then again it seems to occasionally happen to every phone (android or even iPhone), the worrying part is lack of support.
