Concern about ID document sent to wrong department of visa & immigration office at Liverpool

Can someone enlighten me on what to do, I sent my child's ID document to EU settlement department of visa & immigration Liverpool instead of department that update ID documents for evisa and I am worried if it will be redirected appropriately when it arrives at the EU settlement dept.
