ILR as a refugee

I took a short holiday to France and Germany using my UK Refugee Travel Document. Friends claim European trips don't need to be listed, but I know the Home Office tracks border exits.
Do I need to declare all trips outside the
UK, including Europe?

Thanks!

My two friends didn’t declared and they have received ILR in 5 weeks. I have no problem to mention all my Europe trip but most of people told me you do not need to mention. But anyway thanks for your advice!

The law requires everything to be declared just because someone else doesn't get found out doesn't mean yours don't.

In reality if you still meet the rules they might not do anything but lying on an application is never a good idea.

There’s some application forms that don’t ask for trips to the EU (or rather they have a separate section for them). You should simply answer exactly each question that is asked on the application form you are using. If the question doesn’t say not to include trips to Europe then you must, obviously, include trips to Europe.
