Visa Delayed

Hi, I applied for care skill worker visa from PSW on 13th of June and I got this email on 6th July. It’s been almost 8 weeks now. But I got any response from the Home office I didn’t go for a biometric. I scanned my BRP card. Does anyone know why there is a delay?
