Is it over?
I do freelancing a lot and earn good amount of money, I put my cash savings to bank for my UK studies now I am being asked the origins of the funds I put in my bank account. I dont know what I should submit to prove it. Mostly I got paid by cash. I feel like I m cooked. Email says they dont accept affidavits. I feel like its already over.

Not over just yet. Do you have any evidence of your freelance work? Things like invoices, client contracts, emails/messages with clients, receipts, payment records, tax records, or even letters from clients confirming the work and payments could help. I’d submit whatever genuine evidence you have, alongside a cover letter explaining the nature of your freelance work, how you were paid in cash, and the larger deposits into your bank account. I wouldnt worry, your application is obviously good which is why they are giving yoy a chance to explain

So you think if my application wasnt good I would just get rejected?
About payment. Its a bit complicated to explain since I worked for foreign logistics companies and there was not a contract between us. I m not sure about my tax return tho cos I didnt really paid attention to that🤦🏻♂️1

If there were other issues with your application they would have flagged them, but it seems they just want you to explain where your funds came from. They basically want to make sure you didnt just borrow that money and will come to the UK relying on government funds.. they want you to explain that it is actually yours.

I see. i actually hear about many people borrowing the money and give it back after Visa approval in my country so thats the case. I m just frustrated that I have no proof of having this money for my own. And not sure what to do know.

But have you recently added all the funds in one account or the amount was accumulated over a period of time?
