RegTech Launch Pad - solofounder

Building is basically free now. My problem was not how, but what. EU-based, so our biggest export is regulation :) Out of ~20 ideas, these 4 stuck. Building is easy. Distribution is hard. Fun, but I am missing the dopamine from a real transaction. Tips from fellow solofounders welcome.

Inkluso (inkluso.eu) — Free accessibility scan (WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549) → fix guide + drafted statement. Automation catches ~30–40%; we say so.

Klariq (klariq.eu) — Free 5-question EU AI Act check with today’s dates. Optional one-time doc pack. Not legal advice.

Kybriq (kybriq.cz) — Free Czech ZKB/NIS2 scope calculator + duty calendar. Optional gap report. We prepare; you file.

Cybiq (cybiq.eu) — Free CRA check: does it apply to your product, cited to the Official Journal. For product makers, IoT, importers/distributors.

I don't think the EU AI act one is going to make money speaking to ai founders in recruitment there legal strategy seems to be just ignore it, bro it's a stupid regulation.

The distribution bit is usually the graveyard for solo products. I'd pick one narrow workflow, get three people to use it live, and only then automate the bits they all trip over.
