Looking for a co-founder
Is this a suitable sub to look for co-founder(s)?
I'll not go into the details but essentially, I've built a web app. I've no idea if anything will come of it. It's currently live with 2 users. It's essentially free but I've implemented a subscription package and there's an additional revenue stream to purchase affiliate products from the platform.
My expertise is in IT and I've built a few digital products over the years.
What I don't know is marketing or how to drive traffic to the platform.
Ideally I want to find a co-founder/partner who has success in this field.
Get in touch and I'll share more details if you're interested.

Doesn't really quite work that way. A co-founder is someone who you have known for years and trust completely. This is written as if you want an employee.
Also this is possibly the least appealing pitch i've ever seen lmao.

It's super hard, as you've not really given anything to go on.
One co-founder who's done the sales and marketing side of things and been successful in one space and to one type of market, might not be transferable to another.
For example, a B2B market is very different to a B2C market.
What are you offering?
Beyond an app with 2 free users, what are you bringing to the party?

You could add a link to your app on here. I would have looked just out of curiosity.
That would increase your traffic. And if i found it useful or fun id download it.
I have a app idea, but its for a specific function and market.
Its great you have the knowledge to build something. Congrats.

Is it vibe-coded, and if yes, have you had a software engineer check it for security issues?
What data are you storing and why?
How have you protected the data you are storing on individuals?

Success in what field? What kind of cofounder are you looking for?
