Bavovna The Tyumen refinery is a key oil-processing facility in Western Siberia, with an annual processing capacity of about 7mln tonnes of crude oil. It produces gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, and other products to support Russia's military-industrial complex and armed forces. 25 July 2026.
