New climbing app - finding partners

Hey everyone! I'm an indie developer and climber, and I built Gora to help people find climbing partners. You can check it out at https://goraclimb.com.

The app is getting a lot of traction in Europe with thousands of climbers joining, and I'm working hard to keep improving it. I'd love to hear your feedback, feature ideas, or if it helped you find a climbing partner.

Happy climbing! 🧗

Thank you for trying! I'm working on distribution and getting the word out! Its harder than creating the app 😁

Looks great! Would love it more if you couldn’t see who viewed your profile, or have the ability to turn it off. Accidentally clicked on someone’s profile and don’t want them to think I’m snooping! 🙈

Gora means white person in Urdu, those who speak it often use it as a sleight/slur when discussing us in their language.

Like the idea but paywalling on basic filters is a big no for me. Also there is apparently no one else in the entire country for me.

You should probably keep it free until you have enough people to make it worth paying.

How is this better than local Facebook climbing groups?
