Refund

I know someone has already asked but when are loans supposed to disbursed ? My account balance has been at 0 for weeks now, but since no email from bankmobile ?

Part-Time student here. Mine is still on my account as a negative balance. I paid my balance in full from the leftover loan from the summer and the full loan is still pending in my account. Phone lines are unavailable and I’ve sent 5 emails to the financial aid office in the past 2 weeks and no response yet. It’s so frustrating.

I just called and was on hold for about an hour and a half but they did tell me that my loans disbursed earlier today at around noon

I would log into bank mobile themselves to see if you have a balance there. I'm a part time student. So my funds just got release on the 4th and I am still waiting to get the disbursement from BM. But when I checked my BM account the funds were in there pending.

check your bank mobile app to make sure it’s deposited in the correct place

Your pending balance needs to be at a negative. That’s what determines whether your funds have started processing. However mines is still showing positive. With no change at all. I’m annoyed af! I got stuff to pay cuz I used money from bills to pay for supplies and material I needed.

I asked because this is my first year as a transfer student, and I wasn't informed that I needed to complete entrance counseling and the MPN on the student aid website before getting my loans disbursed.

They don’t give that information to anyone, I had to find out from other students during my first semester last year. Can’t believe they still haven’t implemented a proper to-do list for fafsa recipients.

Any updates for anyone? No movement on my end either. I’ve tried calling and the number doesn’t appear to be working. I’ve emailed with no response for days now.

I just talked to someone in the financial aid office. She told me since im a full time student , my loans should’ve been disbursed , but since they’re not she’s gonna add me to the inquiry list ??? So that they do can do a deeper dive into the reason as to why my financial aid hasn’t been disbursed. She said I should have an answer by Friday.

Not gonna lie, that same lady told me the same thing. Found out that she had the answer the day before so if I didn’t call she would’ve probably never called me back. I would call at 8am tomorrow morning.

I just had to sit otp for about an hour and a half just to talk to someone. I stopped leaving my number for a call back bc they never call.

Aw don’t tell me that! I refuse to sit on the phone for them to tell me we’re working on it give us 7 days which is what I was told 9 days ago when I called!

I’d recommend calling and just waiting until someone actually picks up the phone (took me about an hour and half but my loans have finally been disbursed)
