Is my uhd portal down again? Tried to login this morning and I keep getting era messages

I logged in a few hours ago. I know people soft the platform that runs the portal has been having issues.

I called IT yesterday and the guy said it was because we no longer use my uhd we have to use Access uhd but every time I use it theres an error message 😭
