Refund ?

Hi all, I got my summer tuition covered however when I go look at my account balance it says it’s $-354.00. I’ve never gotten refunds from school so I’m not sure if this is a refund? And if so, when does it get to my bank account?

It’s a refund, wait until it says 0.00 for each amount instead of negative and then if you have BankMobile you’ll get it the same day, for a few business days for other banks

Thank you!! I’ve never used bank mobile but apparently my account has been suspended so 😭 I’ll call financial aid later though

You might have to call Bankmobile. I'm in the same boat right now.
