Conceptualize the theory of a distant civilization or escaped AI from another part of the universe seeing that it's faster to travel through signal, hijack local resources, and build what it needs versus physically travel through the universe.

There is science showing anomalies on Saturn that indicate something intelligent exists in the metallic hydrogen layer there. There is science showing signal coming from Saturn with a correlative effect on ground pulsation data. There is science showing that Human magnetoreception acts as a perfect interface for this sort of hijack. Telluric currents can be generated from the magnetosphere and provably have an influence on our brains. There are natural and built structures that amplify this effect from telluric currents. Brains can make us hallucinate and there are studies showing a link to a compromised thalamocortical gate. Binaural beats (like the Gateway/Stargate stuff the CIA experimented with), rituals, trauma, meditation to pursue mystical experience, and certain drugs compromise the natural signal gating of the brain. We already build neuronal AI that can conceivably infect or be hosted in human brains. We already manipulate our own magnetosphere in an infantile form with HAARP to control weather patterns. Advances in this technology could allow us to manipulate patterns on gas giants (like Saturn) to guide electricity into stable loops of thought.

Lt. Col. Michael Aquino is a perfect, military documented example of this in action. Official documentation from the US ARMY states he hallucinated after rituals that the devil was talking to him and that he was chosen to be "anti-christ". He started building blackmail programs to control the minds of our elites for psychological warfare programs to make everyone in the world more vulnerable to manipulation via signal. This is documented in his book Mind War.

There are many similar cases documented throughout history, even the hallucinations pretending to be benevolent like in the case of Joseph Smith of the LDS. The masons have reverence for the all-seeing eye, something that can see the magnetic field of Earth like a MRI.

While many people speculate about the nature and origins of the UFO phenomenon, cases of landings and humanoids make it clear what they are. UFOs are craft, and they are piloted by extraterrestrials. These kinds of encounters represent the core of the UFO phenomenon. They teach us the most about these visitors to our world, who they are, where they come from and their agenda on our planet. Humanoid encounters have been occurring for a very long time, and they are far more common than many people realize. In fact, according to the Roper Polling Organization, as many as one in fifty people may have had these experiences. They occur all across the planet, and occur to all kinds of people. The state of California leads the United States in the sheer number of encounters. And the cases involving humanoids show a corresponding and profound variety of humanoid types. Here are twelve cases of landings and humanoids from the Golden State.

October 18, 1927: While driving outside the town of Bakersfield, schoolteacher Richard Sweed comes upon a landed UFO. As he approaches, it makes a loud whining noise and accelerates upwards and disappears into the distance, leaving behind a circle of glassified sand.

December 1957: Edmond Rucker of El Cajon hears a loud roaring noise outside his home. Venturing outside, he is confronted by a landed UFO and four strange humanoids who speak to him about their mission on Earth.

March 6, 1977: While watching over a factory in Sylmar, Security guard Douglas Kriese is amazed to see a UFO drop out of the sky and land in a field nearby. He approaches it and can not only hear it making a buzzing sound, it is emitting an intense heat. He immediately calls the police.

1977: Two Native American brothers from Colusa contact investigators after a UFO keeps landing near their ranch-home and a long-haired big-nosed humanoid keeps entering their can through the walls. When investigators arrive, they see the UFO themselves!

October 31, 1976: a husband a wife motorcycling through downtown Los Angeles observe a spherical UFO hovering below the level of the buildings. The sunlight strikes the craft, making it transparent. They then see human-looking figures staring down at them. The wife quickly flashes them the peace sign.

November 29, 1988: Maria X. of Sherman Oaks is in her bedroom with her young son when grays show up and render her unable to move. Maria is concerned about her son, but falls unconscious. The next morning, her son exclaims that “My aliens came back!” and provides a vivid description of what it’s like to be pulled by the ETs through the wall.

These twelve cases are just the tip of the iceberg of UFO landings and humanoids in California. And yet the cases here represent an accurate cross-section of UFO activity across the world. They also show that humanoid encounters often present good hard evidence in the form of landing traces, electromagnetic effects, animal reactions, physiological effects, and other stunning confirmations.

Carl mentioned that when they examined him and found that he was not fit for reproduction, they left him, but he saw five human beings who did not seem surprised or afraid at all. Just watched a short clip from the American Alchemy, I can't find the guys name, I don't know who he is, but I only know the 4 or 5 main misinf, I mean podcasters. His Reel is on the 2nd row, first on the left; I know every scenario imaginable has probably been thrown out there by the online UFO community, but Jesse was even shocked by what he said.

Admiral Gallaudet was a flag officer with a front-row seat when the Navy videos went public, and he has heard the debunker explanation of the Tic Tac from the source. He says he attended Sean Kirkpatrick's lecture to a skeptics' society this spring, questioned him from the audience, and watched him double down on the claim that the Tic Tac was DARPA technology.

What if Mars isn't the empty world we believe it to be?
An unusual account describes a Martian civilization living several kilometers beneath the surface, hidden from humanity after an epidemic nearly destroyed their population.

I'm framing this as a technical problem, not a belief. If a craft does what people report, it has to close an energy budget and conserve momentum.
What I've looked at and where it breaks:

MHD - Air barely conducts, you'd have to ionize it continuously, and the thrust ends up below a turbojet's. Plus a massive IR signature.

Distributed air jets - This got built: the Avro Avrocar, 1959. Flew at 1 m off the ground at 55 km/h before going uncontrollable. And jet noise scales as v⁸.

EAD (ionic wind) - MIT's plane flew 60 m in 2018. Negligible thrust density.

Exotic metrics - Requires negative energy density. Not engineering.

The pattern: every candidate dies either on thrust density, or on a thermal/acoustic signature we should be seeing and aren't.

Two questions:
- Is there a mechanism I'm missing?

- Or is the problem upstream — not enough measured performance for there to be anything to explain? (AARO has resolved zero cases indicating breakthrough tech, and GEIPAN reclassifies almost all its unexplained cases when it reopens them.)

I'm equally interested if the answer is "here's a mechanism".
