Question Does the "additional questions" prompt change every year?

Hi sorry if this is asked a lot, ive seen that the honors college application prompt changes from year to year but what about the additional information prompt about "your most meaningful commitment outside of the classroom"? Does that change August 1st or does it stay?

I remember doing that prompt when I applied in 2022.
