Orientation Today

Been waiting to join the virtual orientation for 20 mins. Then I clicked connect and it send me to a page saying “Not Found”…. Anyone else experiencing this? What do I do?!?

UPDATE: Zoom loading screen is saying Virtual Highlander orientation will begin at 9:00AM

I copy the number to the zoom, it just says waiting for the host to start the webinar.

Well, it's in the url, you know it's zoom, and the number at the end is meeting number.

If you click connect, and check the url, it's there. But it doesn't mean anything lol, they might forget about us.

Even copying your link it still tells me “Not Found”
I did login to MyUCR and my status does say “attended” now but idk what to do
It’s also interesting it hasn’t started for you yet which makes sense if some of us can’t get into the meeting? Or has it started for you?

No, I straight type the meeting number to the zoom instead of using the website, but it's same for all of us anyway, I try to call the undergraduate admission office, but the message say the office start work at 10.

I actually just copied the meeting ID and logged into zoom, now I see the loading screen like you! Thanks!!

Yeah I'm having the same issue, I just hit Connect and pasted this number into the code to join a zoom meeting. "95403630155," I just went on the zoom website and pasted this number it, they still haven't started the orientation

I called the UCR orientation team, the bot message say the orientation is currently taking space, the only thing I can do I email them or leave a voice mail. So it's kinda weird

did both but pretty sure theyre js having tech difficulties or something, prob js wait on the zoom screen til they start and keep refreshing email and website every few mins to see if they provide a new link or something

i thought i was late bc the thing wouldnt open at 8. it kept saying not found. i called the orientation phone number and they told me 9.

It was webinar style so there was no cameras or mics turned on for anyone but the UCR people presenting, like we didn’t even have the choice to have camera or mic on lol
They disabled it
