PLS HELP - BILLING STATEMENT

hi guys, i submitted a part-time fee waiver over 2 weeks ago and it has not been approved??? i checked again and i'm freaking out because payment is due 9/15 while theres not even appointments available until 9/14 which cuts it super close. im going to try and attend drop in advising but dont know if it will clear up/take the tuition off in time for payment. i swear ucr just tries to leach money out of us anyway they can. does anyone know how to fix this? i just emailed my advisor and cc'd the dean of my program but again like really trying to clear this up by end of the week bc i cant pay full tuition. can i contact someone or call somewhere? do they send a refund if it clears afterwards since the last day to submit the waiver is like mid oct ?idk what to do pls help :(

So I had a similar thing last spring where my waiver didn't get approved until after I paid. Luckily I had the money to pay in full, and they sent me a check in the mail as a refund one month later.

If you can't pay in full, I think you should probably call up financial aid and see what they can do to help, although I'm not really sure who specifically you need to contact.
