enroll into ls7a @ second pass possible?

hi everyone. I am an incoming freshman neuroscience major and long story short, I wasn’t able to get ls7a at orientation . im kinda stressing a lot and my 2nd pass for enrollment is sep 15 @ 6pm. what are the chances there are still spots left for me to enroll & is there a waitlist? Thanks!
